It is hard to think of animals stuck in cages forever and not feel a little harsh toward the keepers. but for the sake of civility and moving dialogue along I will try.
It is difficult at best to see animals caged for lengths of time that are unacceptable. Kennel stress is not a pretty thing to see. I invite anyone who doesn't believe this happens to visit shelters who practice this form of cruelty.
