WELCOME 20 HOUNDS, WE JUST KEEP GROWING!!

I am extending an invitation to my readers to go to this blog http://squirrelsnnuts.blogspot.com/

It seems that many people are becoming disillusioned with Nathan Winograd and this is one of them. So welcome him with open arms. We can't win the war if our soldiers are hiding and more are coming out all the time.

Here's another one. http://hamptonroads.com/2011/08/war-words-hurts-animal-protectors  Sharon Adams of the Virginia Beach SPCA writes a good piece, an accurate piece, and now she will be in the sights of Nathan Winograd. Let's wish her good luck.

Here's another questioning the Whino's sanity. http://dogspoton.com/2011/05/30/is-no-kill-even-humane/

Another blog that was offline for awhile due to efforts probably by the Whinonettes to silence us. But it is back up and well worth a read. http://nokillnowaynottomorrownottoday.blogspot.com/

Oreo is back online too and keeps tabs on Washoe. http://ricknbaby0076.blogspot.com/

Hey, Nathie, the list is growing, you're gonna lose. We know what you are, a pawn being used by Rick Berman and the breeders. You're just a little man with a short man syndrome and you've done enough damage. You won't win, only justice and right wins and you are neither.

WHO TAUGHT WHOM? THE DECEPTION OF RICK BERMAN AND HIS PROTEGE NATHAN WINOGRAD

Here is one of the most perfect examples of the deceptive practices of the Center for Consumer Freedom. One has to ask, who taught whom? Rick Berman and Nathan Winograd must have been born twins and maybe separated at birth, who knows? I came across this and just wanted to show the world how these two deceive people.

HSUS has a horse sanctuary in Springfield, Oregon. They have 1120 acres for rescued horses and probably other hooved animals as well but we will concentrate on the horses. I came across this in my research and thinks it proves beyond a doubt as to how these two practice their deception.

http://humanewatch.org/index.php/site/post/they_warehouse_horses_dont_they/
Watch the video. In this video, note the feedlots, several of them. See the small amount of space that this video covers and then think in terms of 1120 acres. Now use common sense, something that Berman and Winograd are severely lacking in, to realize that all the horses on this 1120 acres will show up at these feedlots at least once a day. Also this video was taken in February and anyone that knows Oregon also knows the amount of rain that Oregon gets in February, a lot!! They focus only on a small area, probably no more than a couple of acres. It makes sense to know that when a lot of horses are tramping around in the same area, you won't see grass, you'll see mud. Mud from the rain plus the urine. Feedlot areas always look like this, you won't see grass growing around them, you'll see mud. They focus on a few down branches, piled up in a small area. Well, geez, horses aren't going to get into these branches and hurt themselves, they have better sense than that. Besides, fallen branches are a fact of life anyway. If you go on trail rides, you'll encounter branches and far worse things for a horse.

CCF has managed to get a vet to say dangerous conditions. I say that vet needs his license pulled for unethical reasons. CCF gets some "horsemen" to comment, yeah right, let's go see how these "horsemen" keep their horses because in February in Oregon, their feedlots will look the same, believe me.

CCF talks about HSUS pressing charges against a woman because her horses were in the mud. Excuse me, but her horses were confined in mud, they didn't have 1120 acres to roam around in that isn't muddy. There's a difference.

This shows that CCF is deliberately deceptive. Imagine them saying that they are only going to show a small portion comparing it to HSUS showing small portions. Doesn't make sense at all.
It's worth noting that the above video is just 40 or 45 seconds of video, out of the roughly five minutes of film that we got from the undercover videographer. We did this quite on purpose,

It's only 40 or 45 seconds because that is all they could film to suit their purpose. Had they filmed the rest of the sanctuary, it would have made them a laughing stock.

IT'S CALL DECEPTION, FOLKS, AND WHO IS LEARNING THIS FROM WHOM? These are the same things that Winograd does. Only showing something and describing it in his terms rather than the truth. I can't wait until Berman and Winograd stand before the Gates and try to explain themselves. Look in hell, that's where these two will be.

WASHOE/RENO: A DESCENT INTO HELL

Washoe County, The Unspeakable Tragedy

As a young man growing up, I often heard that figures can't lie, but liars can
figure. Going over the stats in Reno Nevada for the past 3 years as it descended
into it's own personal hell, that is a true statement. The final figures for 2010 show a
turn in rate of strays to owner surrender that are 3 to 1. The only condition that
can create that scenario is No Kill  run amuck.
A couple of years ago NHS decided it needed to do something to look necessary,
so they began pulling animals from Animal Control.  Prior to that time, we only
took from the public, and if they wanted an animal from AC we brought it
to NHS.  Don't misunderstand the ol' preacher, they never took all the
animals the public tried to surrender, just enough to keep the good citizens
off their back.  During that time they turned away terminally ill dogs, and
harassed owners with the help desk until they left in shame.  Nice folks
those NHS types.  We could have used Denise at one of our terrorist
detention centers.  I went out to the parking lot in an attempt to bring
comfort to a woman with three small children. She and her children had brought
in two dogs adopted from NHS 5 months earlier, The husband  lost his job
and the home was going into foreclosure, and the issues the dogs came
with had worsened with maturity.  That means the 9 month old "puppy behavior"
was taking on a serious tone.  Nobody told her that 2 males pitbulls are not the
best idea, She had been told they were a "bonded pair" and would never
fight.   Having gone to the SPCA and been turned away, I'm certain it was
difficult for her and those children to walk into NHS with those dogs..  Like
every other volunteer at NHS, I gave her the  "secret word" and she walked up the
path to Animal  Control. Can't anyone see or care that of the 8,0000 dogs in
that shelter in 2010, 6,0000 of them were "strays" ? Compare that to Sac or
SF or even New York.  It's part of a tragic numbers game, and people and
animals are hurt.  Stop the games NHS do our job , don't hide behind
pulling from WCRAS to stay so full you turn away families with pets.  At the
end of 2011 NHS loses any compensation, they are trying an end run to
avoid  meeting their cmmitment. Last week I chatted with Denise and she gave
me the story of how tough things are in this economy, how many animals are
coming in and how they are out of room.  When NHS puts the welfare of the
animals ahead of Nathan Winograd, maybe then I could respect them.

PIMPING THOSE PETS, AUSTIN. YOU'RE DISGRACEFUL!!

Oh yes, let's de-value pets even more and then sit back and wonder why things aren't working the way you were promised. Too bad this lesson comes at the expense of pets. The Austin Humane Society, no kill since 1952, is having a "Free Pets This Friday", a big loud invite for many perverted people to get "pets". I've said it before and I will say it again, anyone looking for a "bargain" in a pet does not need to have one. There's so much more to owning a pet that the initial cost. Many of these freebies will be disposable. Just like guinea pigs, cheaper to let them die than pay for a vet visit. And you can't get a better deal than free. Shame on you Austin, sacrificing the pets all in the name of "No Kill"..

http://www.austinhumanesociety.org/

This Friday, AHS is trying to beat the heat by adopting out the first 107 animals for FREE! Dogs, cats, kittens -- all FREE as part of our 107 Degrees of Love Event from 12pm - 7pm! Don't miss out! All of these animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and come with 30 days of free pet health

"NO KILL" KILLING CHILDREN?? SAY IT AIN'T TRUE, NATHAN WINOGRAD.

Of course, Winograd will say it isn't true. The Country of India says differently. http://www.opposingviews.com/i/society/animal-rights/animal-lovers-blamed-stray-dog-attacks-india

The most recent death of a child trying to get away from stray dogs by running out in front of a speeding truck is only one death contributed to India's stray dog problem. Just days before one two year child was ripped to pieces while another survived a horrendous attack by stray dogs.

India has put considerable money into spay/neuter in hopes of eliminating these stray dogs but it is to no avail thanks to the "No Kill'ers that have invaded. Seems these "No Kill'ers prevent the government from rounding up strays, leaving them on the streets. And the results are children dying.

"Animal lovers have condemned the BBMP for blaming them.  Followers of what appears to be the equivalent of the American “no kill” movement,  have come together in protest, suggesting that the BBMP invest in massive housing of the animals, instead of in “dead initiatives.”"

And the cult followers of the Whino just insist that he is all for spay/neuter. Well, I say actions speak louder than words. And these cult followers of the Whino want bigger and bigger and bigger shelters rather than facing the reality of the situation. India is not exactly overflowing with the funds to build and house all these strays, no place really is. Why aren't these people concerned about the safety of the community?
http://www.mid-day.com/news/2011/jul/040711-news-bangalore-Animal-lovers-stray-dog-menace-BBMP.htm
Whenever our dog catching vehicles approach an area from where complaints have come in, animal activists stage protests and force us to leave," Ahmed said.

Rabies is a problem in India. A survey conducted by the department in the year 2003-04 revealed that 32,000 dog bites were registered. Post this report, the department adopted several animal birth control measures put forth by the Supreme Court, following which 20,000 dog bites were reported in 2010-2011, including pet dog bites. Twenty deaths due to rabid dog bites were reported in 200-02 and in 2010, one death was reported in this category. Obviously the solution of spay/neuter is having a very positive effect.

Here's a good example of how these "animal lovers" think. We all know that a quarter acre is not very big yet this "No Kill'er" keeps 40 dogs on just that!! And you think "No Kill" is not cruel? That's cruelty, yes it is. Imagine the fights that occur every day probably.

"Animal lovers however have slammed the BBMP for blaming them. Pramod, an animal lover who has adopted 40 strays, which he keeps in his quarter acre plot said, "The idea of culling stray dogs is immature."

What is immature about wanting a community safe? What is immature in wanting to save the lives of children from dog attacks? Let's not even talk about the disease and filth of allowing roaming dogs. We already know about that from our experience with the feral cats.

Take a good look, America. This movement is already condemning shelters here. I predict that one day, in the near future, that the name of Nathan Winograd and "No Kill" will be ended with spit on the floor.

EMPLOYEES WALK OFF "NO KILL" JOB TO PROTEST THE INHUMANITY

I do hope this starts a trend. Seems the employees at this "No Kill" shelter have seen enough of the cruelty of "No Kill" and they are taking matters into their own hands. They are sending a clear message that they want no part of the cruelty of "No Kill".

Subject: Brookhaven Long Island Shelter in State of EMERGENCY NOW! People Needed!

AUGUST 1, 2011
Long Island, New York

*THE BROOKHAVEN ANIMAL SHELTER IS IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY.*

SOME DOGS HAVE RINGWORM AND NEED TO BE DIPPED.

ALL UNION WORKERS HAVE WALKED OFF THE JOB FORCING THE SHELTER TO CLOSE.

THEY ARE DEMANDING THE DOGS BE KILLED INSTEAD OF TREATED.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM PEOPLE LIKE THAT?

DORI THE SHELTER DIRECTOR NEEDS VOLUNTEERS DESPERATELY.

PLEASE GO TO THE BROOKHAVEN ANIMAL SHELTER EVEN FOR AN HOUR AND PITCH IN TO HELP.

THE SHELTER IS LOCATED ON HORSEBLOCK ROAD.

DON'T LET THE BEAUREACRATS WIN.

MAYBE THIS WILL BE A WAY TO GET RID OF THE UNION EMPLOYEES AND HIRE REAL ANIMAL LOVERS.

PLEASE HELP.

THIS WILL BE ONGOING FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

DORI HAS DONE SUCH A GREAT JOB TURNING THE SHELTER INTO THE ONLY NO KILL MUNICIPAL SHELTER ON LONG ISLAND

LETS NOT LET HER DOWN WHEN SHE NEEDS OUR HELP. The Animals need our HELP!!! (THE LAST THING THE ANIMALS NEED IS HELP FROM YOU NO KILL'ERS, THAT'S WHY THEY ARE IN THE SHAPE THEY ARE IN NOW.)

This email writer better learn that these employees care more for the animals than she obviously does.

Plus this "No Kill" agency is allowing a woman who was charged with 23 counts of animal cruelty to foster for them. http://www.wbir.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=177923
Another allegation centers around Renee Huntley, a woman who was charged with 23 counts of animal cruelty in Knoxville back in 2008. Huntley is still fosters animals for the humane society. "I've known this person for a long time, she has a wonderful heart, and she's saved more animals than any other rescue group that I can think of, put together," he said. "She does a wonderful job." (WHAT!!! A WOMAN WITH THAT MANY COUNTS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY AND THIS "NO KILL"ER THINKS SHE IS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB????

Then there is Tompkins County, the Whino's claim to fame, where it is so overcrowded presently. Here is the news article and read what their definition of "Open admission" is. Yeah right, it's called turning away animals in need, quite inhumane because those animals will be dumped.
http://www.theithacajournal.com/article/20110802/NEWS01/108020331/Tompkins-SPCA-capacity?odyssey=nav|head
Tompkins County residents who need to surrender a pet are asked to call to schedule an appointment. While it's unusual for all spaces in the shelter to be filled at this time of the year, according to Bouderau, reaching capacity means that the no-kill shelter can only accept pets based on the availability of space.
"I think people often misunderstand 'open admission' as 'instant admission'", Bouderau said, "but that wouldn't be responsible of us and we need to make sure every pet in our shelter will have appropriate space and care." OH NO, IT MEANS THAT ANIMALS HAVE TO SUFFER, THAT IS WHAT IT MEANS. WHAT ABOUT THOSE TURNED AWAY, CAN YOU INSURE THEY WILL HAVE APPROPRIATE SPACE AND CARE? YOU SURE AS HELL CAN'T. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT OUR PETS.

BRENDA BARNETTE GET AN A**WHOOPING BY LA CITY COUNCILMEMBERS

Well, folks, if you didn't hear the Los Angeles city council Public Safety Committee meeting today, go to www.lacity.org and try to hear the audio.  It was smokin' hot as the new committee chairman Mitch Englander and former police officer councilman Dennis Zine ripped BB a new one for not even attending a meeting to consider six very important administrative policy changes for LAAS, including licensing.  You can see them at that same website if you click on Committees.  Public Safety met at 9:30 a.m. today, August 1, but they actually started late.  You can also see the agenda and the reports there. Or you can read this article over the meeting.

Animal Services gets scolded for failing to collect fines

"I am astounded that this department, which keeps saying it needs more money, has ignored city policies on collections and just dropped one that it thought was unfair," said Councilman Dennis Zine during a Public Safety Committee meeting.

Of course Breeder Barnette or Sleazy Mark Salazar didn't write any of those administrative policy changes and they probably don't even understand any of them.  Looks like  BB thought she could BS her way without Linda Barth and Kathy Davis,  but she doesn't have anybody who understood the changes to cover for her now.  Certainly not her who has never managed an animal control agency and refused to do licensing at Seattle Humane to help the animal control budget.

My guess is that Jim Bickart didn't want her to be there and show her stupidity and endanger his job with the Mayor.  How many times to do you get to screw up on the same thing (selecting a GM) without somebody noticing that you are the only constant in the equation?

For Breeder Barnette, it's sort of like that old saying that it is better to keep quiet and let people think you are a fool than to open your mouth and prove it!   Well, now she's pissed off at least three councilmen and when she goes to the meeting and they hear what a dud she is, the news will spread fast.

Stay tuned, this is getting good!!!  And you read it here first!
