Well, it is about time. This horrid woman has managed to beat the court since 04, using her knowledge as an attorney to create delay after delay, costing taxpayers a tremendous amount of money. She still has another case pending by the County of San Bernardino, again using tactics that are costing the taxpayer.
Spadaro was sentenced to probation, counseling, and payment. She has been ordered to turn in all but three of the animals she has tormented for so long. This won't stop her, I will bet that. She has a problem, a severe problem, and we all know that hoarders almost always turn back to their old ways.

How many more are there out there, animals suffering and dying anonymously, while No Kill lies?
If you google the news for "No Kill", you will see many of these so called "No Kill" shelters are torture mills for dogs and cats. They are falling like flies. "No Kill" creates hoarders, creates intolerable suffering from overcrowding, it is evil in concept. I have no problem with no kill being a goal but it's how you reach that goal that is in question.
